Welcome to ACE CAR VAULT ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms govern the use of our website and the purchase of our vehicle research services. By purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Our Business
ACE CAR VAULT is an independent car-finding and vehicle research service based in Alabama and serving customers throughout the United States.
We research publicly available vehicle listings, compare options, and provide information to help customers make informed decisions.
ACE CAR VAULT is not a vehicle dealership. We do not own, stock, or sell vehicles through these research services.
2. Service Packages
Car Search — $49
Includes:
- Personalized vehicle search
- Up to 10 matching listings when suitable options are available
- Basic price and mileage comparisons
- Direct links to vehicle listings
- Organized digital research summary
Vault Research — $149
Includes:
- Personalized vehicle research
- Detailed listing comparisons
- Asking-price analysis
- Review of publicly available vehicle information
- Suggested questions to ask sellers
- Digital vehicle research report
Ace Picks — $399
Includes:
- Personalized vehicle search
- Curated shortlist of recommended matches
- Detailed comparisons of recommended vehicles
- Available vehicle information and pricing research
- Pros and cons of each recommended vehicle
- Ace's top picks with explanations
- Personalized digital research report
- Reasonable follow-up questions about the report
All purchases are one-time payments, not subscriptions. Package details and prices shown at checkout govern the purchase.
3. How the Service Works
- The customer chooses a package.
- The customer pays securely through Square.
- The customer submits their vehicle preferences and contact information.
- ACE CAR VAULT reviews the request and performs the purchased research.
- The customer receives the completed research electronically.
Customers must provide accurate information and respond to reasonable requests for additional details.
4. Delivery Time
Research is generally targeted for delivery within 3–5 business days after payment and receipt of all necessary customer information.
This is an estimated timeframe, not a guarantee. More complex searches or circumstances outside our control may require additional time.
If a significant delay occurs, we will contact the customer to discuss the next steps.
5. Vehicle Information and Disclaimers
Our research relies on publicly available listings, seller-provided information, and other accessible sources.
We cannot guarantee:
- Vehicle availability
- Mechanical condition
- Accident or ownership history
- Accuracy of third-party information
- Final purchase price
- Financing approval
- Successful vehicle purchase
Listings may change or disappear without notice.
Our research does not replace a professional mechanical inspection, independent vehicle history report, appraisal, or legal advice.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for verifying information, communicating with sellers, arranging inspections, securing financing, and making their own purchasing decisions.
ACE CAR VAULT does not make purchasing decisions on behalf of customers.
7. Payments
Payment is required before research begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments are processed through Square or another payment provider identified at checkout.
8. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
9. Research Reports
Reports are provided for the purchasing customer's personal use. Customers may use them to evaluate vehicles and communicate with sellers.
ACE CAR VAULT retains rights to its original written analysis and report formatting, subject to applicable third-party rights.
10. No Guaranteed Results
Purchasing a package does not guarantee that a suitable vehicle will be available or that the customer will purchase a vehicle.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ACE CAR VAULT is not responsible for losses resulting from inaccurate third-party listings, undisclosed vehicle defects, seller conduct, or purchasing decisions made by customers.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes generally apply to future purchases.
